Formula Win main feature is the extreme easiness of use, actually without
taking away any power to the program, it is not necessary being an
informatic or a computer expert or studying thick manuals to use it correctly, since all operations follow an intuitive logical
way that is not very different from operations that before were manually

laboratory, creating a job ticket handed to the customer for each product
till its delivery to the customer with the consequent issuing of

Formula Win is multibrand, actually beside having a table scheme and
therefore user can customize it according to the required process
operation, it has implemented an optimized processing for more than 20
big brands present on the Italian market.
Automatic invoicing to the producer companies of all warranty repairs .
Printing of job tickets for the different works with copy to be sent
to the Producer Companies if repair is under warranty.
Awaiting status for spare parts of repairs that is not
possible to execute due to material lacking and automatic order of the

Transmission via modem can be made through teleinformatic services, with
direct company connection.
Print of the job tickets on a default form of the producer
company. Currently Formula prints about 20 default forms of the
producer companies; and other producer companies have approved as
official form the one designed by Corael to be used in Formula.

several releases, both for mono user and multiusers.
Integrated
Formula Win
Integrated Formula Win is the program most complete release and solves all processing
problems from small to big service centers. It is specifically suggested to all those services that work in agreement with
producer companies for the processing and support of
products under warranty; and also all centers that want to have a global processing
of their own support activity.
Formula Win
mini
Formula Win mini is ideal for
general assistance centers that do not work for producer companies and
do not have big processing problems. This release allows all
general support centers to computerize their own company, with a
highly professional product at low cost. This target is achieved
deleting from the program all forms that this sort of user would never
use (eg. Warranties Processing, Sales, Orders, Warehouse). In the mini
release, repairs are processed in a integrated version including
creation of
customer receipt, fiscal documents, repair status and all what it is
included in the repair processing in the integrated release, plus
enables to process the warehouse in a limited way with codes for 500
parts besides those already coded to be used in repairs, other products
can be easily processed with Formula out of warehouse, to overcome
this limit it is required that the warehouse form is completed. Formula
mini is modular, enabling to grow up according to the increased demand
of your company by buying other program forms that would have become
necessary.
