CIBER works by using a tone telephone.
Point out in your
receipt the telephone number to call in order to have information of the
telematic service, or enclose it as a leaflet with the explanation of
how to use this service and the number to dial.
Your customer has only to dial the pointed number and to follow the
intructions that CIBER will give.
Operations to be executed once answered:
Type on the telephone keyboard the card product number for
which you require information.
Confirm as required the card number always using the telephone
keyboard.
Wait and listen to the information related to the required card.

New CIBER release
allows an installation in the same computer where you usually operate
benefiting of the multitasking features of Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.
Thus means that you can go on to execute your company processing
while CIBER answer to your customers, without interferring with the
processing you are carrying out.
SERVER DOES NOT NEED TO BE ALWAYS ON
For the net release it is not required that server is always on,
since You can directly program CIBER to connect in net or to unconnect
when you state; time or days; furthermore you can program the closing
holidays so that during this time CIBER fulfils its operating in the
local computer.
CIBER ALLOWS TO SEE AT ANY MOMENT WHICH CUSTOMERS CALLED
CIBER allows to see both on screen and printed the call list
giving you information about call date, time pointing out
previous calls of the the same customer.
