How does it work with your customers?

CIBER works by using a tone telephone.

Point out in your receipt the telephone number to call in order to have information of the telematic service, or enclose it as a leaflet with the explanation of how to use this service and the number to dial.

Your customer has only to dial the pointed number and to follow the intructions that CIBER will give.

Operations to be executed once answered:

Type on the telephone keyboard the card product  number for which you require information.

Confirm as required the card number always using the telephone keyboard.

Wait and listen to the information related to the required card.

In order to check different situations that may occur in the product repair we have simulated the following repair cards with the following situations :

184/95 Budget communication

185/95 Product awaiting parts.

187/95 Repaired product out of Warranty.

190/95 Product being repaired but not finished yet.

198/95 Awaiting the approval of the budget already communicated.

199/95 Product not controlled yet.

200/95 Product under warranty repair.

208/95 Not existing card or already out.

Dial on the telephone keyboard the card number bypassing the separation bar and confirming with an asterisk.

Example : to have information about the card 184/95, once answered, dial 1 8 4 9 5 *

Features

Operating both in monouser and multiuser.

Connected telephone lines from 1 to 12 (basic release for two phone lines)

Operating with FORMULA Win Software produced by us.

Screen display and print of the call in a certain period (Date, Time, Card Number to with information has been requested, pointing  out any previous calls for the same card number).

CIBER is supplied in a pack containing : Software , Instructions Manual and Vocal card for two phone lines (basic release)

 

CIBER can be used under windows in background

New CIBER release allows an installation in the same computer where you usually operate benefiting of the multitasking features of Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.

Thus means that you can go on to execute your company processing while CIBER answer to your customers, without interferring with the processing you are carrying out.

SERVER DOES NOT NEED TO BE ALWAYS ON

For the net release it is not required that server is always on, since You can directly program CIBER to connect in net or to unconnect when you state; time or days; furthermore you can program the closing holidays so that during this time CIBER fulfils its operating in the local computer.

CIBER ALLOWS TO SEE AT ANY MOMENT WHICH CUSTOMERS CALLED

CIBER allows to see both on screen and printed the call list giving you information about call date,  time pointing out  previous calls of the the same customer.
